Mold lubrication, paired with technologically advanced machines that allow for better durability of molds and reduced molding waste introduce a significant reduction in costs and an increase in productivity and profitability.
LUBSYSTEM is characterized by a system that allows a uniform, homogeneous and nebulized distribution of the release agent on all parts of the mold. A touch screen panel makes it possible to manage every individual lubrication point. Each head, designed and engineered entirely by the company, is independent and can be managed according to the characteristics of the part to be molded. All our equipment can be supplied without an electrical system, in order to allow the customer to integrate the controls within the molding machine’s management system.
Any type of mold from the most complex to the simplest (single molds, multi-pass molds, long dies lubricated on the pass, etc.) can be lubricated by the LUBSYSTEM line.
The LUBSYSTEM series has been specifically designed for dirty work environments such as stamping factories and forges. The machines are completely enclosed in metal panels and allow for the application of special covers which greatly protect the moving metal parts from exposure to potentially harmful dust.
